I pledged on kickstarter and got the physical dvd, but how do i download it from steam?
i dont have a dvd player anymore in my pc so i need to be able to download it from steam.
I connected my Deliverance profile to my steam account, but still nothing shows.
Help? 
@guarrand: It depends. Look inside the box for a code/cd key. If you find one, then start Steam and log in, then enter the code. If it is valid then Steam will accept it and you can download the game.
