Hi there,I backed the game a long time ago and am logged in to my profile page but how do I get my code for Steam?
Go here:
https://www.kingdomcomerpg.com/en/backer-rewards
Sign in, link your profile with steam account, KC:D should appear in your steam library.
go to https://www.kingdomcomerpg.com/qf/en/ramjet/registration/profile in which you may need to log-in if you haven’t already.
once logged in on that page you should see your package details, mid-way between the package details at the top and your name/address at the bottom should be a button saying link to steam account (or words to that effect), click that button, you will then be taken to the steam web page where you will be prompted to log into to your steam account via the web, which will then link the game to your stem account.
IE11 seams to work as a browser doing it.
I’m having the same problem as stevey. I backed the game a really long time ago and when I sign into the link I don’t see any info on a package. I remember paying enough during the kickstarter to get the game upon release.
Did you register with the same email you used at kickstarter? It does not seem to see you as a backer, since you do not even have forum title.
Well, now I’m starting to wonder about that. The only kickerstarter account I have is with my acamp04@zoomtown.com email which has been inactive for years. I just tried to register with that email, but I don’t have access to that email anymore so I’m not sure what I can do.
Hmm, that might be a problem. Any way to recover lost password or anything like that? Otherwise you wuill have to contact the WH support and ask them if it is possible to do something about it.
The company that hosted that email site shut them down a long time ago. So I guess I’ll have to contact support.
You can try one thing… log in to kickstarter and try to change your email in your account… then re-verify the new email… but I am not sure if Warhorse system will see such a change. They may have all the emails of backers saved somewhere.
Yea, I tried to log in to kickstarter but it’s forcing me to reset my password because I haven’t logged in for so long. But of course I don’t have access to that email to click the password reset link so… Lol
Now that sucks. Well, only option now is contacting the customer support, but it does seem like a rather tricky situation.
