It says I need some kind of a steam key but the only thing I received in my email was the key for the forums.
Could u tell me the email topic with the key so I can locate it easier?
You just need to log into the KCD site and then under “fund” and “my profile” you can get the steam key.
Thx dude but it wont let me log in the main site just the forums for some reason…

Hey there @killer, the homepage LogIn can be a bit elusive.
Got the Home Page in the upper right hand corner you should see…
Click Sign In to expand…
After Logging in go to FUND>My Profile as shown by @prokyBrambora
You should then be taken to a screen that tells you about your purchased tier, you should see the folowing
Click Show code to expand and display your steam key.
After opening steam go to the game tab in the upper left hand of the window.
Select activate product on steam.
Follow the prompts until you make it to the following screen.
Enter your KC:D steam code here.
Follow the rest of the prompts and Enjoy

Thank you for the nice and comprehensive reply,but I cannot log in on the main page as it does not accept my password,I’ve resetted the password and tried to log in multiple times on the main page…but It keeps saying invalid pass…please advise,thank you.
Password works fine for the forums.
I though Tobi would get into this, but probably not.
So it seems that forum and main site has different system so you need different account.
So if you did not register there I would recomment you to do so

When I try to register on the main site I get and when I try to log in I get Invalid password…but the password works just fine for the forums…I am confused,please help
There were problems with the following fields:
Email has already been taken
Username has already been taken
Gift code not valid!
