How do I read Version on Xbox?

My Xbox says my game is version 1.0.0.122, but I can’t find that format anywhere. It says it was last updated on the sixth of March, so I’m pretty sure it’s not the day 1 patch. Do I just ignore the first 3 sets of digits and read this as having Patch 1.2?

The latest version that you’ve downloaded is already including the oldest patch. My version still 1.0.0.108 because i didn’t updating the new patch.

I don’t want to cause more bugs because of the new updates.
