I have a seven month old so have to stop playing abruptly at times. Would someone be able to explain how saving works?
Game autosaves when you start or progress some quests.
Game also saves whenever you sleep in OWNED bed (inns and such)
Also you can save by using saving potion, but it gets you bit drunk and is quite expensive.
There is no save on exit sadly…
I have 3 month old home, so I definitely feel your pain, as I complained about this even before release.
Gotcha, thank you! Almost makes me wish I got this on PS4 for rest mode which has been a life saver. There are more saving options than I thought so that is good!
I often just alt-tabbed out of running game to do my business and let it run in the background…
