I couldn’t help myself and knocked out a sleeping guard to get his stuff. Another guard saw me leave the room, but no one attacked. I left thinking all was well, but a few days later i returned to rattay and thats when the problem began.
I had a negative rep with rattay soldiers, -31, and after paying a fine, still had to deal with shake downs. (this was manageable) the really bad part was that the guard i knocked out was walking around town in his underwear and would attack me every time he saw me. This would make all tge guards attack resulting in my death or running away.
So after looking online for a solution, and not finding one, i resolved to take care of the vigilante guard permanently. I followed him to an alley where he was alone, sneak attack knocked him out, then pulled out my sword and coup de graced him. I have slept and returned to rattay and so far no problem
