How much would you pay to get the game this summer?

The question is pretty much that on the title.

How much would you pay to get this game this summer? (just for fun)

I would pay 150$. What about you?

Nothing, since there is no way the development could be finished. I don’t like unfinished games.

As the above, the game wouldn’t barely even be playable if release this summer.

Just throwing money doesn’t finnish the game like majic, it still takes time. I would rather they do a good job, there’s enough bad games out there.

I know there is no way for the game to be finished this summer and has another 2 years under dev.
But supposetly it was possible to play it this summer how much would you pay?

LoL I know, I’m not a 12yearold, just for fun, if you could get the game in the best quality this summer, how much would you pay for it? I mean until what amount.

^ Read what I said above. I’m just asking for the fun of it.

It is possible to play it this summer, its called alpha access.

Well, I still wouldn’t pay more for the purpose of getting earlier hands on. But I plan to increase my pledge once the shop is open.

Nothing. The world has enough half-ass attempts in every category, never mind games.

For Pete’s sake people, are you not reading the original post?

This is all a what-if, magic-wave-of-the-wand discussion that in no way implies the OP thinks it will be done this summer or that s/he’d actually pay money to play a very pre-alpha version.

Now, to answer your question, I’d pay $40 but not a cent more because the game is split into three acts. If we were talking all three acts, then full retail price for me.

Not more than I already pledged on the Kickstarter.
A big part of the fun with kickstarted games for me is being able to watch the development process live. To me, it doesn’t really matter if KCD is released now, in half a year or next year sometimes, there are more games than I can play at all times anyway.
But Warhorse has absolutely amazed me with every update they’ve done so far, Dan’s blog posts are a great read and I really like seeing another amazing piece of gameplay every month or so.

I also backed Tim Schafer’s Broken Age, and their documentary about the development process basically already gave me my money’s worth, so I really hope that Dan and Warhorse keep it up with the great updates like those we’ve seen so far.

More Payment?! I would like to say, i will work for them.
Put me a room, give me a sleepingbag, some food and drinks,
a toilet, the actual version for my PC and lock the door to this room with 100% skill.

100 dollars. that’s the price of 2 games. i don’t waste money on trash from bioware, ea, activision, or ubisoft, so i can afford it
