How the game has changed in cutscenes (Pictures included)

Hi comunity and Warhorse,
its quite while since i was there last time, but i am here again.
I was wondering how could game change its visual in development stages, so i checked few videos that showing same part of game in cutscenes like first missions in Stříbrná skalice, and its quite suprising, check yourself.

First pictures are from internal alfa (23.12.2016), second ones are from E3 bild (24.6.2017) and last one is almost Gold bild (3.2.2018).

the fun thing is: I played Alpha and Beta for about 100hrs. When I saw the final henry I was gotten so used to the beta one, that I wanted to ask if one could make a mod to keep the old model

Back then i liked Alfa henry more than Internal Alpha, but final Henry is much better at all

The picture comaprsions are very good…
but i have to say that i dont like the clothes of Henry and his friends.
I mean more that thing around the necks!? oO
Nothing i saw ever on medieval events. But maybe i was blinded by the other cool stuff

The thing around their necks is a hood. From the front in a still picture it does not look like a hood, because you don’t see it fully.
