So, the message I recieved on Kickstarter tells me that to activate my pledge if I created a forum account without the code (which I did) I have to enter the code in a box labeled “Kickstarter code” in my account preferences. Either I am somehow going selectively blind, or there is no such box there, because I can’t find it. How do I activate my pledge exactly?
This might be the window you are looking for:
you can find it when registering on the main webside.
You probably registered just in forums.
Have a nice day
No, I’ve registered on both the main website and the forums, but didn’t use my backer code when I did so because I had yet to recieve it. I do find a field labeled “Gift Code” on the main website under Fund>My Profile, but when I typed it in there, I get a message saying “Gift code not valid!”
when you made your account did you use the same email that you made your kickstarter with?
The e-mail adresses are the same, and they were the same at the time I made my Warhorse accounts, but my kickstarter e-mail USED to be something different.
Hmmmm, the accounts don’t appear linked (forum badge would show).
unfortunately i don’t have access to resolve this issue for you but when @Tobitobsen sees this he can.
Sorry for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.
I will take care! Thank you!
Doooonnnneeeee!!!
I seem to be having this problem. Could someone look into my account? I’m a kickstarter backer and have used the same email for my profile on the Kingdom Come homepage, on these forums and for kickstarter. Only now finally looking into this, any help would be appreciated.
Hi @Peglegpirate, first let me thank you for your support on our game.
Now to your problem:
are you sure about the registration on the homepage https://www.kingdomcomerpg.com/ ? Because I can´t find you there. Can you try to register again on the homepage?
Don´t worry we will find a solution here.
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have registered on the homepage. I went ahead and tried to reregister and this is what I got:
There were problems with the following fields:
Email has already been taken
Username has already been taken
I can log in and look at my profile but the ‘Paid Tiers’ & ‘Paid Gifts’ fields are blank and there is a ‘Gift Code/Activate’ field.
Edit: I just realized I may have had another email addy for kickstarter back then. Anyone I should let know about that?
Do you remember this other email? Can you also register with this other mail? You can choose a different username on the website.
I figured out my other email and registered with that and my account is active now. Seems that was the issue. Thank you for your help.
Do I have to create a new forum account too or can the homepage/forum accounts be linked together if they have different emails?
The accounts are linked through the emails. You don´t need to link your forumaccount to your warhorse-account if you don´t want to, but if you want, you need to register with the other email here on the forum again. If you want to do this, I have one question for you, do you want me to delete your account, so you can use the same username again?
Hey there, I’m looking for an option to change my postal address and review my pledge. I’ve read the FAQ but can’t find the mask where I can type in the info. Thx for any help and sorry in advance if I didn’t see a thread that already deals with this topic. Here’s what the FAQ says:
Please login to your profile in the upper part of the website.
Go to Pledge/My Profile.
Change the platform or T-shirt size in your Pledge.
Change the address by clicking on the Edit Profile button.
Well then i would recommend to do that
You have to go to the main web page and log in.
and then go to: Fund/My profile
and there you can do whatever you want:
By clicking “edit profile” you can change the adress.
Thank you, it worked! Super nice! I was blind indeed, I didn’t see “My Profile” at “FUND” and searched all over my profile here in this forum where you can add a description and change your pic.
No that’s ok. I don’t need the same username. I’m all set DrFusselpulli, thanks for your help.
