How to clean MACES?

I dont know how to clean my mace… i cant clean it at the blacksmith… any susgestions?

Want to say repair kit

fair enough that i didnt try thanks ill let you know if it works

Also bath houses

bath houses dont work on weapons

Fair enough to be honest I thought they did good to know .

Yeah I can’t clean my mace either. I’ve tried repair kits. I can’t grind maces on the grind wheel. Bathhouses don’t clean weapons at all.

Ought to be a cleaning cloth or some other way to clean weapons tbh. It’s pretty silly that the only way to clean them is by repairing them.

Has anyone figured this out yet? Repair kits, vendors, and grindstones dont work.

This totally needs to be a thing. It’s a huge miss on a game that’s built on realism. It could be a cleaning cloth for weapons and a skill that which you clean your weapon (at least some) on your own clothes (inside of your elbow for example or on your pants).

I don’t think any weapon can be cleaned of blood to be honest… not just maces…

sharpen your sword on grindstone and its clean

Should just be the option to wipe the weapon which has been blooded on the dead enemies clothing, right after you’ve dispatched them and stripped their armour off. Wonder if its in the pipeline hmmmm

Use the potion merigold decotion. Trıed it and it works.

What? Like apply it to the mace like I totally wouldn’t do with poisons?

Ahhh this is unusual. Slight oversight.

Def report this, I’m sure they can add a mace cleaning cloth or some mini game like the honing wheel specifically for maces.

I’m thinking it could be a bug and repairing the mace should also clean it. I repaired it using a kit and the blood icon was gone for a Minuit or so… then back.

As far as I can say from my playtime is that any of my weapons I used will be cleaned when you let the swordsmith repair it.
Weapon kits don’t clean it which is a little bit unlogical but okey and blades kan be cleaned at a grindstone.

Smack your mace against a wall two or three times so it will need repair, go to a swordsmith, when he repairs it, clean as a whistle and if you just smack a wall a couple times it’ll only be like 1/2 Groschen
