I killed Zora a named NPC. Is there any other way of getting access what she sells all i want is a NOBLE saddle
Why would you kill Zora? Anyway… nobody else sells noble saddles (http://kingdom-come-deliverance.wikia.com/wiki/Saddle) but I think you can win one in a sidequest. But I don´t know which one.
Maybe try picking the chest where she keeps the stuff she sells? 
She gives the side quest with the race horse for Divish, so if she’s dead, no quest 
I dont know if is patched, but when i played it, she just said i give you reward-saddle, but i got nothing new in inventory!

If Zora is really completely dead and won´t respawn the best saddle you can get is the fine saddle with 3 bags (+140 capacity / 25 weight - noble saddle has +200 capa / 20 weight). It´s availabe in Ushitze (Head groom).

I think her inventory should still be in the chest so… 
Also I’m pretty sure I read somewhere merchants and important NPC’s respawn after a while.
In the back of the building there’s the chest in which Zora keeps her store, you should find her market inventory there even if she’s dead.
Every trader has a chest like that and if you want something specific from one of the traders but can’t pay for it or can’t talk to the trader for some reason you could just access their chest to take it.

Lol i dunno why I killed her XD i wanted to knock her out but then i just carried on playing thinking she will respawn but i think named NPC’s never return and by the time I found that out id gone to far in the game to turn back. Hoepfully they can change that so named NPC or merchants and traders always return. But thanks! I’ll definetly try and look for the chest and unlock it and then never kill a merchant ever again XD
If you see a horse with a saddle you want, you can kill the horse, then loot it. Some horses can’t be killed because they belong to important NPCs.
If you kill the guy who sells horses usually you can talk to someone else instead. Stud farms have a backup salesperson.
Does zora have a back up seller? I think the merjoed one does dunno how ushitz

Don’t know about now, but before 1.3 the reward for the race quest in Talmberg was bugged.
Zora said that she was rewarding me with the saddle, but instead just threw me some laughable coin.
It’s not worth it anyway… it’s green.
I don’t care if my horse is faster and it can carry more.
Red saddle to match my red barding all day! And two saddlebags because I ain’t no travelling merchant!
If my saddle and barding don’t match my red saxon leg armour, well… life just ain’t worth living.
