If you’re having trouble finding good armour, or a decent weapon. Then take a trip down memory lane, and head to Skalitz, again. When you enter you should see four well-armoured knights, one of them will be fighting two looters, while one of the knights has already been dispatched of by the looters, and the rest are sitting down watching the fight. There will also be four bandits, two of them are dead, and you should see them on you’re way in. The other two will be fighting one of the knights. Remember, do NOT swing at the knight, he will destroy you! I made the mistake of doing that and he chased me around, luckily one of the bandits were still alive, and he chased their sorry arse instead. Don’t worry if you do attack the knights the other will not care (Least from my experience), after that safely loot the corpses of all dead members of the participating parties, and there you go.
You can also youtube the ancient treasure map locations. Of which has the Warhorse armor and it’s suppose to be some of the better armors in the game. Along with all of the other items your character can earn quite a lot of gold.
