A trainer hates my guts, for some reason. I apparently did something that caused me to lose one point of reputation, so he won’t speak to me.
What can I do, in order to convince him to give up his petty grudge and train me?
Which trainer? I found out that theresa’s uncle won’t train you if you haven’t done his quest.
The Hunt Master in Talmberg. He says, “Are you kidding me? After what you did? Get out of here!”
I have no idea how I lost the 1 point of rep, or why he hates me now. I’m not wanted for any crimes. I tried committing a crime and going to jail, hoping this would appease him. It didn’t work.
Will a high Rep fix this?
Just pay a little of money to any seller in the town. It will increase your status and all should be fine.
This happened to me at the beginning for punching an executor -)

You might have been in a private area and he did not want to talk to you. That has happened to me, also at night sometimes you can’t talk to characters… And sometimes there are bugs where you can’t talk to characters.
Do you mean Haggling but paying more instead of less? Or just buying stuff?
I worked out a way. Even after raising the reputation of merchants everywhere, it didn’t seem to work. However, he was also a trader, so when I just gave him a good deal on three eggs and a spider web… he agreed to train me.
Pull up the haggle menu on a purchase and go above the asking prices, it slowly raises your rep with the individual seller, I don’t think it raises it with the region traders as a whole just the one you’re dealing with.
Just go with a merchant and Haggle to pay more, the merchant will thank you and your rep will increase. Do it a few times and you’ll notice the increment. Try then. If the hunter keeps bugged like that, try to punch him and then yield with “G” until he tell you “Ok but get going out of here” or something like that, it will decrease your reputation but that might trigger out the bug and you can increase then the rep again with haggling to pay more. Try again after that.
Which brings me to a new problem… the local thief in town also won’t train me, over the 1 rep. A thief of all things. And I can’t raise my rep with him since he doesn’t trade.

I thought it more like: when you approach a merchant, he will say “I don’t want to talk to You, bla bla bla”. Then, I found a guy, who wanted some money to pay, so he would talk to me later. I paid him (200 G) and then, everyone was saying “Hello Henry, You are the best and we love You. Come and buy whatever You want”.

My games bugged out where gaurds will randomly attacking me I have no bounty I agree to searched I never have stolen stuff but they act like im Stealthing around by saying “What was that noise” Then straight up attack me Now im stuck with -100 opinion of city gaurd 0 Opinion of the Citizen but hey Refugees and Merchants each 100 opinion so yay? however no one but Captain Robard will train me ._. hes a gaurd isn’t he? 
(also they will not accept surrender for some reason so my only choice is Reload a save or Run like hell)

It sounds like you helped a beggar.
It might sounds like it, but it is not this case. I found amerchant, he told me “I don’t want to talk t you”, then I founf some other merchand who accepted my money. Then, everything was fine.
Theresa’s uncle Miller Peschek won’t train me in lockpicking but wil let me pickpocket? He goes off " are you pizzling my nizzle, after what you did?" I want to increase my lockpicking, any help wil be appreciated.
