Since no one answered, there are no more Steam keys being given out, so just buy the game and give her the login details. If you have access to her PC you might want to download it for her first.

Probably the best idea would be to secretly download it on her PC and show it to her as aradiel is correct about no more steam keys.
You can buy it and I can change the info in the profile later, including the email. Just send me what I have to change.
