How to make the best amount of money for your time

This is by far the best method I have found so far in the game. The game has been out for three days, and I have 24 hours into it, so you can take my word that I have been around the game at least a little bit. I will get right to the chase though. Hunting. You want to take your horse (If you don’t have a horse yet, keep going through the main quest until you get one, you don’t make much money without the horse) into the woods and to a good spot to hunt. The best meat to sell is probably the boar meat. It sells for the most, but it weighs the most also, I think. HOWEVER, there is a glitch at the moment in the game. There is a perk in the hunting tree to get offals off of some of your game. You don’t need this perk to take advantage of the glitch. But, when you kill a roe deer (The ones that travel in groups of four and jump really high) and you cook the meat at a fire, it turns into a cooked version of their offal, which is their kidney. This makes them the best choice money-wise. That leaves me to my last tip, always cook the food before selling it, I never checked the stats, but I think it nearly doubles your profit when cooked. You should hunt at the beginning of the day and sell it towards the end before the shops close down. If you wait a night, it will get a little spoiled, the more spoiled, the less price you can sell it for. You should focus on getting a tier 5 horse when you can. These cost roughly 2,000 coin. A great investment, you need to transfer the meat you get into your horses inventory. If you have killed a lot of great game and have way over the amount too not be encumbered and you don’t want to leave meat behind, you can ride your horse no matter how much weight you have on yourself. This makes it nice to kill a herd of deer and then collect all of their meat and ride into town for huge profit. If you don’t get over-encumbered and you can split the weight between you and your horse, you can fast travel back into town. Shop-keeper’s gold resupplies everyday, but if you run a shopkeeper out of money, you should look for a different shopkeeper instead of sleeping and waiting for the same shopkeeper to replenish him money, because the longer you wait, the more spoiled it will be. This method has easily made me a ton of money. Right now, I can make about 8,000 gold an hour. This has gotten me the armour set and weapon that I want without having to worry about coin.

I hunt Cuman, I’ve made about 60k with ease

Do you sell their gear to make the money?

Yeah, I usually I loot everything. If not at least the items with a 1:20 ratio weight:value

Does cooked Cuman sell for more also?

I didnt know at first you can have your horse carry stuff too. And upgrade his capacity. Just hunt bandits. You make alot of gold

I don’t understand where you guys are finding vendors to buy this much? The vendors I sell to usually only have 500g to buy with, and at most around 1k.

The mission where the horses are all slaughtered. The women there sells horses and buys everything you have as well. She usually has 2.5k gold

Some vendors will then “sell” the stuff you sold them for profit and their wealth will increase, however some vendors I believe are bugged and don’t increase their wealth at all. I have one vendor that has a wealth of 60k

I wonder if you rob him you get acces to the 60k?

Does anyone know which horse is the best in the game for holding a ton of weight? (And which stable to go to buy that horse?)

Thanks for the reply DJX! Appreciate the info
