Booted up and having a good FPS figured I’d try changing some of the graphic settings up a bit, big mistake!

Yes it is best to change your settings from the main menu only and even then restarting helps prevent issues.
Its a pain in the but when you wanna toggle few small adjustments. Understandable when you factor in scale of world and the level of AI simulation.
