Anyone else finds it strange that when you hunt down Roe Deer, you get “Roe Deer meat”, but when you cook it, it suddenly becomes a “cooked deer kidney” which is much more expensive than venison? I think that might be unintended.
Also, the whole mid to lategame balance is screwed at the moment. Not only money-wise, but combat-wise as well.
A) Getting money is far too easy and there is not much to spend it on. After 70 hours playtime, I am sitting on over 60 k Groschen and really don’t know what to do with it.
B) Hunting is too profitable, but so is “hunting” Cumans and bandits once you get a decent saddle with saddlebags, you can carry just so much and then sell it. Additionally, even if you are encumbered like 500000/500, you can just sit on your horse and ride to town without many problems (yes, not being able to fast travel is a bit of a hassle, but not that much inconvenient in the end), the horse should be only walking at best in this scenario.
C) Heavy plate armor should be FAR more difficult to obtain and have really steep requirements for wearing it. Yes, the amount you can carry limits you a little, but again, when you get a decent horse and a saddle with saddlebags, you have no problems carrying around several sets of armor for every occasion. It also doesn’t seem right that you can pretty much wear some of the best armor just after prologue, if you happen to “stumble upon it” - Hello, Wayfaring Knight! The best armor should have ridiculous requirements like 17 Strength or something like that.
D) Combat is just so damn easy in the vanilla game mid to late game, you just kill anyone and everyone in one or two hits and they do no damage to you at all, you are like a medieval tank.

At least some enemies should scale with you skill and stat-wise, so that combat remains challenging even later in the game. It took me to combine two mods: the “Immersive Balance” and " “Harder enemies - Enemy Health and Stamina Overhaul” with massively increased health to enemies and a nerf to my stamina AND a nerf to the best swords in the game to even achieve SOMETIMES challenging combat scenarios (the bad side effect is that hunting is bloody ridiculous with that, a hare takes 7 Better Hunting Arrows).
E) I don’t see much of a problem in Alchemy as it takes a lot of time and patience to brew a significant number of potions. If anything, herbalism is absolutely OP as I went on to collect tons of herbs even in the tutorial in Skalitz and with the perk “Leg Day” was leaving the tutorial with significantly leveled-up both strength and herbalism, making the game a walk in the park for the most part.
