In Talnberg, I’m not wanted, I haven’t been discovered committing any crimes, I haven’t killed anyone, and my reputation hasn’t taken a single hit there. Yet, for some reason, the trainer refused to train me due to some unknown affront.
This is very frustrating… Can I fix this somehow? Maybe by committing a crime and paying a fine, or serving jail time?
You’re certain all reps are high in Talmberg? There’s several different categories like traders, peasants, and gaurds. Perhaps you don’t have good rep with traders? Or perhaps it’s a bug

Now that you mention it… villagers, for some reason, are 1 point less than everyone else. I’m not sure what the cause of that is. I tried going to jail, but he still refuses to teach me, over 1 dumb point of rep. I’m close to giving up on the game, as this is ridiculously broken, with no clue as to how I can fix this. I’m also unable to speak to the tanner after taking his quest, so I’m concerned that he might be bugged too.
