I know this just got released. But is there a way to fix these crashes maybe in your PC? Could a problem be in my hardware as well? After about 10 minutes the screen says ERROR: and then it says KCD has stopped responding so I close it out. It is very frustrating since I cant save at this point Im kinda stuck in a loop. Maybe some tips on how to fix this? Or is it just the game right now?

So far I had 0 crashes. Try to check Windows event log for anything suspicious or check your HW behavior during the gameplay with similar tools like “HW Monitor”
Try to reinstall dirextx.

I have a gtx 1050ti i5 7500 1 tb hdd 250 gb ssd and 8 gb ram. I run medium settings high textures 55 fps
Im on task manager and my cpu is the only one getting up to 80% at highest
Could that cause the crash?
Maybe… it is to early to say something about that.
But how many VRAM has your GTX 1050ti?
And 80% workload for cpu is very high… what are the tempreatures?
Ok my cpu is a consistent 55% now most of the time I figured out my ram ia 6.5 outta 8 so not sure about that and my vram is 4-6 I cant remember
kk, i think 4-6 GB VRAM is enough to handle that baby.
6,5 of 8 GB RAM seems okay but for myself it wouldn’t be enough.

I have the same amount… so it can be a problem of optimization or due of not enough Hardware ressources. You’ve tested some settings with a profile in Nvidia Control Center?

Yeah that can be the thing but sometimes games need Shader-Cache, Threaded Optimization, Pre-Rendered Frames…
I recommend you to test some settings in Nvidia control panel/center
EDIT: I cant tell you much about it atm becuase i am still at install process
