Hi guys.I tried to buy the game but the payment wont complete.I have checked the money with paypal.I cant buy the game.At the end of every payment it says that the purchase wasnt complete and i should try again but the same thing happended before.I have tried to buy the game many times(from the early alpha version but its the same thing).
I think it has something to do with my country.I live in Greece so it might have something to do with capital control.
Anyway thanks in advance for the help 
This could indeed be the case, we have a lot of people from greece who are not able to buy the game for this reason. Unfortunately we can´t really help here. Strangely it is possible for some people and for some people not.

Right now, yes. But closer to release there will have also other options to buy the game. It is quite difficult unfortunately if you want to support us from greece or south america right now.
