Small spoilers just to be safe There is an achievement for completing the game as a virgin. So it stands to reason that there are ways to ‘lose’ said virginity. Said achievements also point towards there also being romance in this game. Personally I like there being romance in the game; sure, you can go off and kill folks and be a hero in most other games, but usually your character is uninterested in sex??? Breaks immersion.

Thats not strictly true. During raids and such, it was quite common for 2-5 soldiers to go on single girl… 
I’m sure some ppl had a threesome, not everyone was sitting upon a moral high horse, I’m just saying that at that time, no matter how religious people were we can not be 100% sure that there were no threesomes, so it’s a possibility that there might be a three-way, obviously I don’t know for sure but unless any of us know everything that’s going to be in the game we can’t tell how the sex scenes will all play out
You dont see when you bang the bath whores but ive had a quest already where i got some pusspuss, breasts clearly visible too but nothing too fancy apart from that, idk what else will happen later but im guessing thats surely not the last scene of that sort.
There’s sex and nudity in the game. I just got done with the looking for the bandit that limped quest, and got drunk with the local priest. We ended up bedding two tavern winches, and performed a sermon right afterwards😁
