Clearly a graphic glitch on this medieval toilet, I’d hate to be walking below when someone is taking a poop! What’s worse is walking along enjoy a nice walk in the sunshine when you look up and see some kings fat arse staring down at you aaaaahhhhhhh!!!

Not sure why you think it’s a glitch. Rattay does not have sewers, nor do both of its castles. So they dispose of whatever comes out of you in a privy just as it is shown on a screen. Propably later on comes a guy with a bucket to take whatevers falls down and dispose of it in a river (or use it as a fertilizer). Such were the days.

You are not from Europe I assume. That is how toilets were in monastery and castles. You then had people (knackers) whose job was to go down where the shit fell and cart it away.

Wonder if that photo was taken from one of the castles that’s based in the game as I know some of the castles in the game are based on real life ones.
I believe that all of the castles in the game are based on real ones 
The game map is very close to real location around Sasau. All the game villages are still there in reality
