I noticed in one of the updates the cheat was fixed and no I can no longer use them
Define, what exactly you mean by “usable polearms”. They are already more than usable, as long as you pick one.
Able to keep in inventory they fixed the cheat

Well, I assume that there are modifications on the Nexusmods, that allow you all this. It is just that with the constant updating they are constantly being broken, but that’s already another story.
