According to the page, in my country (Spain) the game would come out on the 13th at 10 in the morning. Why do not you leave at 00am as it has always been done in steam?
Because that would not be historically accurate.

My xbox one store says this game will be playable on Feb 12th, 11:00 PM local time.
Wouldn’t it be 10 at night not the morning?? Unless I did the math wrong or your timer is different from mine.

The timer on the site is exactly 12 hours off for me. The Xbox store shows 11pm on the 12th but the timer shows 11am on the 13th.
