I use Game-Debate all the time before I want to know if my PC can run it. Of course, sometimes I was running games that were not supposed to or opposite games that were supposed to be running very good, but probably were badly optimized. And this one I use for the questions like, can my PC run the game? It has official requirements but you should not consider it very accurate even so, people still add their scores and rate the optimizations of games compared to the specs mentioned.
