As a KC:D fan, I am glad, that it has 8.5/10 in reviews.
However the From the ashes DLC has 6/10 on steam and it is going down to 5/10. I hope the devs see this and will react on this. I would love to see an update for FTA, but let’s be real… It’s probably not gonna happen.
Right now I am just crossing my fingers for the new DLC and in the meantime I am going to play W3: Blood & Wine again to get my mood back up. Because that is, how you make a great DLC.
Don’t hold your breathe on that. if Ashes showed anything.
Considering how comical Hans Capon and Henry are together, I’d be willing to say the next DLC is going to be far better than From the Ashes.

Have they said if they plan on releasing newer content, such as DLCs, another Kingdom Come game or another game from another series? I know the game released just a few months ago, and that KCD took years to make, but maybe, given the sudden success and media attention it had, they commented on the future.
Given that they are in constant bug battles/patching and just started releasing DLC’s I would think that they would be tight lipped on the next “episode” of the game as it is still in the conception stage.
another Kingdom Come game
That’d be KCDII, or Act III if you knew it from Kickstarter. If you watch some of the earlier trailers, you’ll notice what should be happening in the next game, which includes the Siege of Rattay and a large field battle, maybe Grunwald. Right now it’s all guesswork what KCDII is going to be and how it’ll continue with Henry, but we are confirmed there will be another game after the current KCD.
