I know this has been posted many times everywhere but it seems it still hasn’t been fixed? This is my first time playing this game and I get too many of your men have died message although not a single soldier had died. As mentioned in other topics this occurs because the game counts bandits as allies, I tried a lot of things including going back to my friend Timmy and killing the bandits there. I can get passed this by using another person’s save but that will kinda ruin the game for me because their playthrough is completely different from mine.
