Fistfighting seems tricky but it seems the goal is to circle, rush, try to hit a combo, kick when opponent is coming towards you and jab at his head from the side. It takes patience but it is possible. Playing on PC with mouse and keyboard.

Yes it’s wuit easy in fact. Especially quick jab when he is starting attack is sure way to win
I also won those fights, plus catching someone with a quick jab to the face sounds and feels great.
I’m pretty much playing my Henry as a mentally retarded 14th centuary Bohemian with behavioural difficulties and cleptomania, which adds a lot to the hillarity when he gets stuck on the stairs or in doorways (he’s got issues with stairs due to mental retardation and sometimes the poor fella gets parkinsonian style freezing when trying to walk through doors)
I been dominating fistfights, though there were on sidestory at a bar where i had some difficulty taking out a drunk and he threw a bunch of combos at me
