If you can't beat 'em

Hello.
I am stuck on this quest, "If you can’t beat 'em"
My task is to find out where the crimps meet in Sasau. I have done everything, talked to innkeepers, drove away those brawlers (by double-crossing the guy)
I spoke with the miller. He said he does not trust me. I did a few jobs for him and the main story dialog (at least what I think was the main story dialogue) disappeared. I also can speak to a wounded man in a monastery. But the thing is, there might be 2 people it might be pointing to (in the back, near the bloody bed) bue there is no dialog option with either of them.

So I am not sure if I am missing something or if the game got bugged somehow.

I was stuck here as well. Go to the tanner at the south west part of town. Talk to him and he’ll tell you about a fighting ring that meets up at night. Go there in the evening and fight all four of the guys there. Once you’re done with that, the quest should be able to continue.
