If you support the project do you get the full game as well as Early Acess?
In case you get any form of early access (alpha or beta) you will of course get the finished game as well. In fact you pledge more money to get an early access than to get just the finished product.

Yah I mean I figured I might do: BARON TIER DIGITAL (Special Edition) It comes w/ beta and alpha + act 1. Do you guys know when alpha will be out specifically?
October 22nd if I am not mistaken.
(Act I means the whole first instance of the game series.)

Yeah, FIRST alpha will be out on 22nd October. But it won’t contain any actual combat. The alpha will be updated with new mechanics and content (incl. combat) every two months then.

Yes, it will be distributed via Steam.
