Immersive Hud

In my opinion this game needs a more immersive Hud. For example: the healthbar should be hide when I’m not in combat and the stamina bar should only be shown when I’m running or in combat. Or at least make an option to enable or disable it.
Is this something you guys can do?
I hope so

We think about that, we have a lot requests like this.

+1 to OP

This ‘request’ is simply good game design.

HUD items should be context dependent, as mentioned Health and Stamina bars up only during combat, not always there and trashing the players visual experience of an otherwise beautiful game.

I’d welcome the option to only get quest markers on request, rather than having them lead the player by the nose. Right now you don’t have to ask around much, because the quest marker points right at the person of interest, the location etc. The Reeky quest is far more enjoyable with the woodcutter’s directions than following the quest marker from the quarry, even though his directions are also good enough to follow merely from the description and are simple.

Good points, sir

Actually I am aware that you can turn off the markers already, but the example is perhaps better with the bathouse area, where the ‘correct’ person is highlighted as soon as you know she exists, but the dialogue with other characters refers to her only be name still, and not for example - “that woman over there in the green dress”, at which point a person specific marker would become appropriate (if ideally still optional). Before that only the person’s place of work, or home (if known) would be reasonable for a marker.

Possibly tricky to script, but if it could be pulled off it would be far less gamified.

I’m glad you appreciate that
