I know there are many things to fix before Warhorse can develop things in such scale,
But i was thinking along the lines of a Dark Soulslike online play system
1.Covenants - Factions: Bohemian Garrison, Sigismund’s army (may include bandits and cumans)
2.Friendly summons - Wayfarers, “Wayfaring knights” that look for a duel, Mercenaries, Members of your faction.
(untargetable in melee combat to avoid clunkyness when switching targets, but still has friendly fire)
3.Neutral Invaders - Shady wayfarers (similar to Dark Soul’s Mound-makers, they may decide to be hostile or friendly towards the host, and the other way around).
(targetable)
4.Hostile Invaders - Bandits, Cumans, Members of the opposing faction.
(obviously targetable)
Drifting from the Dark Souls style a bit:
5.Inn Noticeboards - Used to join and create parties to play with your friends, fight opposing faction parties, hiring mercenaries, player driven quests.
