Impossible to recover password for Kickstarter account

I tried typing in my kickstarter account but it says the password is wrong, then I try to reset the password to enter a new one, I insert my email address and it says that the E-mail address I entered is not linked to any account. So I try to create a new account and use THE SAME email and it says it’s in use… rinse and repeat.
