I have the physical copy, and the only way to install the game is with an internet connection. Is there a way to do it on an offline pc ?
If you have a physical copy you should be able to install the game and play. But without the updates with internet you will not have the full game
I did some more research and there is no way to install the game without internet…

You could share your phone internet (hotspot) to computer and install it that way? Might take a long time.
Yeah the download size is 31 GB. Thats phone data for a whole year

Lol, might as well get a cheap internet service, or go to a business that would be nice enough to have you download it
Trying to install from DvD, too. But Steam wants to download all game data …
you still have to download like 20GB’s of updates so you’ll still be needing that connection to do so
the only way you could install this game with no internet whatsoever
is to wait for the GOG release and buy it or “burrow” a disk/USB flashdrive from a friend and install his copy (i’m not advoating for sharing but in case of Europoors it’s not much you can do)

Don’t use STEAM. If you want to play this game without internet connection get the GOG.com version instead
