Nope, nothing as of now. Honestly I don’t care. I don’t look for transgender or racial diversity content in games (unless advertised), I don’t look for content that’s not advertised in the game’s description at all. You can address these topics, yes. They’re part of the society, but I don’t want to hear activists say that if one or another topic is at least mentioned in dialogues somewhere, that it’s not enough just to mention it, instead it should be experienced in some shape or form because it’s a game.
Was Tetris advertised with a glorious story? Not at all. Is it okay criticise Tetris for not having a story? I don’t think so.
If I want to focus my game on certain aspects, I advertise it that way and nowhere in KCD’s official game descriptions did they mention transgender or racial diversity topics. Therefore I won’t miss these topics just like I won’t miss guns or children.
