Any statement on this? I mean a sidequest being bugged is one thing, getting stuck in the main quest and only being able to fix it by loosing several hours of gametime another. Any word?

your Radzik was in Neuhoff? if so how did you manage to fix it? I replayed if from attack on prybyslavic , nothing have changed 
Yeah, they said it will be fixed in 1.3 which should be released soon on PC.
The only Statement that is quest bug related is that Dan Vavra said they fixed "hundrets of quest bugs"
So I think at least some quests should get fixed very soon
