The first few times I tried to bandage and it told me I wasn’t bleeding I just assumed it wasn’t that kind of injury but it always says that, I’ve never used a bandage in the game so far, I’ve had to go and eat and sleep until healed. It hasn’t really been a massive issue so far but I expect the game will get harder. I’ve got the First Aid 1 perk. PS4.
You’ll have a bleeding icon on the bottom left of the screen when you’re bleeding. Then you use the bandages to stop it or you will die.
Sadly the game is way too easy and I’ve never been cut once in 70 hours of playing

Is that icon different from a body part with a bandage on it? I’ve had icons for hand, foot and head…
Yes it’s different.
The icon is a drop of blood. Only then you can and need to apply bandages.
Aaaaah right. Thank you. So I haven’t actually bled yet. What do you do about the bandaged-foot icon? Are bathhouse and sleep your only options there?

I am not sure if it will get better with time.
A Merigold Decoction should also help since it restores your health very slowly.
Yep, time is your only option on those.
Not since the beginning…except I did train with for Bernard with no armor and he fucked me up, but that’s it
