I only bothered with his quests once before 1.4, and thought it was pointless, because he never does show up in Ledetchko. I tried it again after 1.4.1 to see, and still nothing, at least not yet. Since my main quest is now bugged, like many others, I can’t see if I just need to advance the story further. Hopefully they will have another patch soon and I can find out lol.

I didn’t take the quest, so I don’t know if you’re supposed to meet him in Ledechko. But I ran into him in Sasau near the pillory… I think
He doesn’t appear in Ledetchko. Questline isn’t complete yet, hopefully we get the 2nd part in an update.
