When was Henry blonde haired? Did I miss anything? I like new hair though, previous looked too modern. However, funny enough, blonde haired young Lord looked kind of like old Henry.

Katana was the main weapon up until the end of World War Two. The USS Arizona was sunk at pearharbour when a Japanese pilot threw his katana out of his zero at the battleship.
The Japanese were only defeated when America Dropped a crate full of katanas on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which resulted in their destruction.

I want to wear an Gugel with the hood up! Is it still there and is the hood in first person fixed?
I do think it should be really thought about to change henrys look. Me personally i dont like his look, i want to play as an older wiser looking chap. Or at least henry with a beard and and longer hair cut. A barber or hair customisation like witcher 3 would be much appreciated. Or even a hair growing system so you end up looking like rick grimes season 5 xD
But ideally complete character customisation and no voice would be awesome and reach to a much wider audiance if it was an option

The haircuts have been changed from those in the trailers, which should mean its possible to change back! Hopefully in the futureā¦
I do wish they went with something where Henry got some beard and/or hair growth as time passed, and people could choose how long to keep it by visiting a barber or whatever they had for trimming hair back then and decide how much to keep.
Thereās already a mechanic for food spoilage, and while Iām no coder I wouldnāt think itād be THAT much of a change to rework it a bit to say after four days Henry has this much beard stubble, after a week itās this, after a month itās that, and who knows from there? Either it stops or he could eventually have a ZZ Top beard! Same with the hair.
It wouldnāt show except in cut scenes and dialog with NPCs, but thereās enough of that in the game that players would get to see it pretty frequently.
