i’ve been reading a bunch of pre-order threads and it seems that everyone is getting their order shipped by the 13th or even earlier!
I’ve ordered the CE on amazon.de from November 3 (PC edition) to israel via Express shipping (the more expensive and faster service)
and i want to ask: is this normal? does Amazon DE usually takes an extra day to ship it overseas?
what is the reason for such late shipping?

i Think Amazon dont had the Game before today, because my Special Edition (CE was out of Stock

the only Problem might be;
due to the “18+” rating i MUST get the package myself from the DHL guy, f.e. my Wife cant.
i do know that incase of 18+ items
you need to answer their phone or call the delivery company and give them your ID
but i’m asking why it ships on the 14 and not the 13?
