Simple question, is there a possibility for this game on console to be modded like skyrim is. I know that Sony is really strict with modding so the possibilities are limited.
First we need general mod support…then you can ask again 
The way Mikey Soft and the lord God Sony drag their feet don’t expect it in my estimation until sometime in 2020 if at all since late 2019 is when PC mod is “planned” to happen.
Look at fallout 4 implementation.
