Is robber baron still bugged as of 1.6.2?

I was just curious since no one mentioned if it was for a while… It SHOULD be fixed by now, but I’m just making sure.

I played Robber Baron at 1,5 and had no problems.

Just replayed it no problems with 1.6.2.

I just played it yersterday with 1.6.2 and got the Robard stuck in horse bug. He wouldn’t get down the horse when arriving at the camp in the woods so I couldn’t speak with him. Thankfully it was solved after save&exit and reload. From there I could finish the quest diplomatically with no problems.
