Is that a town or a army camp

i need a little info i was goofing around and end up in a place called prybislavist or something similar what is that place as soon i enter an army of soldier star attacking me i kill like 20 the keep coming is crazy

Its a Bandit/Cuman Camp. You’ll enter it during the main quests

dont bother about it right now
you need to attack the camp in the main quest

Yes, it’s a never ending spawn of enemies until you finish the main quest part of it.
