It is now the end of release day and I don't have the game

It is almost 12am. 24 hours after people who bought the game last night have got to play the game. Yet I’ve been pledged since 2015. No full copy in my library, and no sign there is ever going to be one. I have to work tomorrow so all I can do is hope that it’s sorted out when I get home afterwards. Doesn’t feel like that’ll happen though, I’ve got one support message in the last 24 hours(I messaged support before release so I could preload) . And that response 10 hours later was to link my account to the main webpage. The kicker is in my original message I told them I already did that, and that I have the beta access.

I don’t mean to be too salty, but the organization has clearly been goofed up here. People just want what they paid for and I’m not the only one with this issue. I wonder how many just aren’t being vocal about it.

You are not alone. Many of us Kickstarter backers (seems like all Baron backers) have been shafted here, no support, no acknowledgement, nothing, just radio silence…

I think I found a solution I went to the games steam store page and it told me that the game is already in my library and had a play now button when I click on the button it offered a download so I’m hoping and thinking that this is the real game, hope this helps.

Glad you got it man, but it’s not there for me. Like I said in my other post, I’ve been hoping that would happen to me all day.

yeah it wasn’t in my library too like you said in your post but I was on the store page and clicked on the play now button and from your original post it didn’t sound like you went there so sorry that it didn’t work.

No good deed goes unpunished. I went to feeling like a backer to feeling like a piggy bank. I don’t have the game either. Oh, well I do, it’s just for the PC but without a Steam code, so I can’t even do that.

@Bouwou @Odin_Sigford @IMMORTil We don’t have our “Tier” we backed attached to our account on here. There should be a msg on Kickstarter that gives you a code to enter (didn’t see a spot for it when I signed up) that links you. Suppose to msg user Warhorse to get it updated here but I’ve been waiting 2 days. Maybe after that there’s a better chance of getting a code :confused:
