I’m having the same issue on xbox one. its been raining for 5.5 hours and 10+ in game days. It’s gotten to a point where I cant stand watching it rain anymore. Im gonna have to wait for a patch before I pick this game up again.
I went back in my game to the closest save before the endless rain which was 7.5 hours and it seemed fine at first but the first time it started raining again it didnt stop just like before.
Technically a good thing if you have the stealth perk that makes you 70% quieter

Actually in my latest play through, I’ve been blinded by the glittering sun in some of the greatest graphics I’ve ever seen in a computer game. So my heart floods for you bro. lol
