I have extremely low fps on this game, 30-35 fps on low settings!
I tried deleting the user_game file as i changed the sliders and it came to my attention that it could be the problem.
It didn’t fix it, it fixed the stuttering though.
My specs are:
Intel i7 4770k 4.0 Ghz.
Nvidia Gtx 980ti 6GB
24 GB of ram

30-35 is the best you can get. The game is just not optimized yet.
Only thing that helps a bit is disabling shadows. Should give you few FPS more.

user_game was the folder in the Alpha.
For Beta is
user_kingdomcome
the correct folder (to delete).
(If you have problems with the grafic options)…
i have around 10-11 fps…which beats what it was a little bit ago (0.7 fps)
Lowering resolution also helps a bit. I play on 1024*768

HD resolution does wonders to performance, my GTX660 can run the game at 40fps no problem with mostly maxed details

I have the same problem
im sitting between 20-25 when moving resolution at best lowering only gives me 2 frames and a couple more from Grass and LOD distance but my cpu is only going at 35%
My mate got similar fps with the same GPU (980ti 6gb)…don’t worry…it’s the game, not your card 
This is just about the reason that we just started with optimization, and it is not done yet. The problem here is not only the graphics, but also the complex AI system. The FPS you are talking about here is quite normal for the current stage of the game and it will definetely be better in the future.
