I have noticed that jehzek (npc met during main quest) has a nice and dark outer garment. Could someone please tell me how/where I could get it?

After you question him, knock him out and take it.
he is in prison in rattay and the game does not let me interact with him anymore
I dunno man. I seem to recall still being in the cell with him after questioning. I just started the game over, so I can’t try to be sure… but unless they made him immortal like Radzig… you should be able to just stab him and take it.
