Did you do the Talmberg Huntsman questline?
Once you start the main quest Question and Answers you can talk to the Innkeep in Talmber to start a fun Huntsman quest line…I finished the game and restarted, did this quest line and have been “living” in Bohemia since. I stopped doing the main quest and just do hunting and trading stuff and explore and soooooometimes kill some bandits; buy mostly hunt. I started doing Miller Pesheks quests last night for a break…it’s a really cool quest line though and comes with a decent reward if you do it right.

I tried, but when I got to the “find some antlers” part, every time I got antlers, the game didn’t acknowledge them. Kinda killed the quest for me at that point.
aw bummer man. It worked for me, I even already had some on me so I just had to back out of the dialogue and then wait for the quest to update that I had them and then talk to him again lol. It’s dope when you get it done and side with the poacher…I would suggest you just restart, since you beat the game anyway. You won’t lose that save file and it will automatically start a Playthrough 2 file for your new game saves so you can always go back but mostly because IMO the game performs leagues better in the beginning half of the game. I just started a new play through and only advanced to Questions and Answers and then stopped. Performance and graphics are pretty good, I got the property and now I just hunt and do what I want; sandbox it up…perhaps you had some bugs that have been remedied since you last tried. I’m on Xbox One and the only issue I have is that sometimes when I store gear in the trunks in the house they are flagged as stoel…but it’s whatever to me really.

I had some on me and I’m not sure I killed and took them becuase I usually just take meat…also I’ve heard you can buy some and take them there but I guess I dont know for sure

You need the associated hunting perk, which allows you to acquire tusks and / or antlers from game that you kill. Otherwise you’ll only ever end up with meat and hide.
Check the perks under the Hunting skill.
I have that too. The game just doesn’t recognize the antlers.
Did you already have them on you or did you get them once you got given the quest? I already had some, so if that’s bugged I wouldn’t know 
Try back loading, or on another attempt in general, getting the antlers ahead of time? Idk, that sucks though

You can bypass that portion of the quest entirely by talking to the Huntsman’s wife, after questioning enough people in town.

Summary
I couldn’t talk to enough people, and then she wouldn’t talk to me. I didnt have to kidnap her; I did get her to go willingly.

Her map marker led me to an empty spot in the creek by the bridge.
I got them afterwards.
