I looked at reveal trailer for TV Series Mythic quest and i saw two shots that seemd to me familiar.
Is this even legal?

I don’t think they even asked WHS for permission. The guy probably made this video overnight when he realized he has no material for presentation. So he quickly took most bizarre and exciting pictures and put himself on green screen with bunch of his colleagues doing the ending just before E3. I think it was poor joke and shouldn’t have done it.
Sir Tobi said on twitter that they were given permission.
