I have been pushing through 19 hours of amazing gameplay - despite the fact that my game collapses and shuts down every 10-15 minutes…

My setup is OK, I can play on High with 60 FPS without a problem. I tried to put the graphics down and followed the tips and tricks online, but nothing seems to work!!
Does anyone else have got this problem? Did you manage to fix it? How?
